W. W. Law (1923-2002) delivered a speech on a Sunday morning to the congregation of St. Paul's Baptist Church, 624 Waters Avenue, Savannah, Georgia. Law's speech was mainly about the importance of voting, especially by the African American community in Savannah. Election Day was the following Tuesday after this speech. |
